On October 27, Lubricating Oil Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement
with CNOOC Refining Company.
Ling Yiqun, deputy general manager of the group company, and Zhou Liwei, deputy general manager of CNOOC and chairman of China Offshore Refining, attended and delivered speeches

The two sides will further strengthen cooperation in the quality upgrading of lubricating oil base oil products and the balance of supply and demand of base oil resources, jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of the lubricating oil industry structure, and promote the healthy development of
the industry.

Ling Yiqun said that the two sides should take a new starting point, actively assume responsibility in deepening and expanding strategic cooperative relations, further improve the industrial chain empowerment mechanism, promote mutual benefit and common development, and work together to ensure national energy security
