The "Guidelines for Comprehensive Evaluation of Chemical Parks" (GB/T 39217-2020) is the first domestic national standard for evaluation of chemical parks organized and compiled by the Chemical Park Working Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation ("Park Committee") It is an important part of the construction of the chemical industry park standard system.
As an important support for the transformation and upgrading and green development of my country's petroleum and chemical industries, the importance of chemical parks is self-evident as an important engine for regional development.
At present, all provinces and municipalities in my country are carrying out comprehensive evaluation and identification of chemical parks.
According to the statistics of the Ministry of Emergency Management, there are 352 chemical parks recognized by 19 provinces nationwide.
Among them, the "Guidelines for Comprehensive Evaluation of Chemical Parks" provide an important basis for the evaluation and identification of chemical parks in various provinces.
