Sinopec News Network News On September 17, the overhaul task of Qilu Petrochemical's hydrocracking unit undertaken by Shijian Company was successfully completed
.

It is reported that the device is a regular overhaul in 2021.
It will be shut down on August 2 and will be officially delivered for overhaul on August 9
.

During the preparatory phase of maintenance, the Shijian Qilu Petrochemical Engineering Project Department attached great importance to the preparation of maintenance planning documents and construction plans, and organized construction personnel to enter the factory for training and examinations for special work types in a timely manner
.

Construction managers, safety, technical, and quality inspection personnel conduct on-site docking with relevant personnel in the continuous restructuring workshop of the refinery, organize hoisting special meetings, conduct theoretical examinations on lifting operators, and improve the professional level of operators

During the overhaul process, leaders at all levels of the Shijian Company visited the site for inspection and supervision many times, which greatly encouraged the morale of the operators

In the face of fragmented operating points, low construction efficiency, difficult construction of heat exchanger cores, many uncertain factors in confined space operations, high risk factors and many other unfavorable factors, the Qilu Petrochemical Engineering Project Department promotes the ten construction staff to be particularly hard-working.

After the joint efforts of all the employees, the hydrocracking unit passed the inspection and delivered to the workshop on September 4th.
