    Production process

    (1) Cool 40% dimethylamine aqueous solution to 0°C, and pass in dimethylamine gas at 0-5°C to increase its concentration to 65%-70%
    .

    (2) Add 32% chloroethanol to the reaction pot, gradually add 30% liquid caustic soda, dehydrohalogenate at 95°C to generate ethylene oxide
    .


    Pour the generated ethylene oxide into the above ≥65% dimethylamine solution and react at 10-30°C to control the amount of dimethylamine to be twice as high as the theoretical amount


    (3) Chloroethanol can also be directly added dropwise to dimethylamine, the yield is 85%, the production process is: add 40% dimethylamine solution to the reaction pot, adjust the temperature to 30-40 ℃, drop 95% Chloroethanol, keep stirring at 40~60℃ for 2h

    Heat and recover excess dimethylamine until the temperature reaches 120°C
