Support content and standards

The "Management Measures" focus on supporting the construction of environmental infrastructure such as sewage and garbage treatment (Annex 1), energy conservation and carbon reduction (Annex 2), resource conservation and efficient use (Annex 3), and highlight environmental pollution control (Annex 4)

Among them, Annex 3 is the direction of resource conservation and efficient utilization, including the construction of circular economy, comprehensive utilization of resources, and water resources conservation projects

Resource conservation and high-efficiency utilization projects shall be controlled not to exceed 15% of the total project investment

How to apply?

All regions and departments organize and carry out the annual investment plan declaration within the central budget in accordance with the arrangement principles, scope of support and declaration requirements determined by the National Development and Reform Commission
