At present, all parties involved in the construction are stepping up the completion of the construction tasks of CCCC and promoting the linkage test and commissioning of the project

Hainan Baling SBC project is the first thermoplastic rubber (elastomer) industry project of Baling Petrochemical to actively respond to the call of the national Hainan Free Trade Port construction and "go out of Baling to develop Baling", which is jointly funded by Baling Petrochemical and Hainan Refining and Chemical, and undertaken by Wujian Company
.

The project is located in the petrochemical functional area of Yangpu Development Zone, Hainan, located in the southeast side of the Hainan refining ethylene project, and adopts Baling Petrochemical's green environmental protection complete set of production technology with independent intellectual property rights, including an annual output of 120,000 tons of SBS and an annual output of 50,000 tons of SEBS units, including 4 production lines of SBS equipment and 2 production lines
of SEBS equipment.

Since the start of construction of the project in September 2021, in the face of arduous challenges brought about by rising raw material prices, typhoons, and the epidemic, all parties involved in the construction have solidly promoted the safe and high-quality construction of the project with the support of the local government to ensure that the project closely follows the pace of the Hainan million-ton ethylene project and is handed over
on schedule.

In February this year, the main civil structure of the project was topped out one after another, and the first key equipment SBS polymerization kettle was successfully hoisted into place
in mid-March.
Up to now, the project steel structure installation has been completed a total of 2,830 tons, the equipment installation has accumulated 949 sets, the process pipeline prefabrication installation has completed a total of more than 300,000 inches of diameter, the process pipeline has taken more than 41,000 films, each device has tested 1,429 pressures, and the project safety construction has exceeded 3.
