　　For the green upgrade projects in key industries, the "Plan" proposes to focus on industries such as steel, non-ferrous metals, building materials, petrochemicals and chemicals to promote energy-saving renovations and in-depth pollution control

By 2025, through the implementation of energy saving and carbon reduction actions, the proportion of production capacity and data centers in key industries such as steel, electrolytic aluminum, cement, flat glass, oil refining, ethylene, synthetic ammonia, and calcium carbide will reach the energy efficiency benchmark level of more than 30%
