Recently, the Hainan Refining & Chemical Engineering Group Fifth Construction Company undertook the 1 million tons/year ethylene and refining expansion project of 2.

The steel structure of the continuous reforming device totals 7,560 tons, which is prefabricated in factory and arrives at the site in the form of finished parts to minimize the workload of on-site welding

During the project construction process, the project department has successively set up model rooms such as "steel structure welding" safety risk warning" to clarify the safety and quality of the participating employees, and ensure that the construction procedures of the steel structure are carried out
