    In order to solve this problem, the center has developed a process for treating ammonia methanol in low-temperature methanol washing system, when the acid gas pipeline has carbon ammonia crystallization phenomenon, from the place where the ammonia content in the low-temperature methanol washing system methanol is high, high concentration of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia methanol is brought into the reactor of the ammonia deamination device, after a series of reactions and treatment, the ammonia in the methanol is effectively removed

    After the device is put into use, it not only solves the bottleneck of acid gas carbon ammonia crystallization in the low-temperature methanol washing process, but also ensures the long-term stable operation of the low-temperature methanol washing system.
    Ammonia-rich methanol can also be deammonized and recycled again, by-product ammonium sulfate or ammonia

    According to statistics, the low-temperature methanol washing system can save at least 100 tons of methanol per month, and can increase the annual income by about 4 million yuan
