A few days ago, Handan, Hebei Province held an on-site meeting on the ultra-low emission upgrading and transformation of coal-fired power plants in the city, marking the full launch
of the special action for ultra-low emission upgrading and transformation of coal-fired power plants in Handan.
In fact, on February 5 this year, the ultra-low emission upgrade of Unit 2 of Huaneng Handanfeng Power Plant successfully passed 168 hours of trial operation, becoming the first coal-fired generator unit
in Handan City to achieve ultra-low emissions.
The plant provides a technical model for the ultra-low emission upgrading and treatment of coal-fired power plants in Handan

Recently, the Handan municipal government made mandatory regulations on the ultra-low emission of coal-fired power plants, before the end of 2015, the emissions of all coal-fired power plants in the city must meet the ultra-low emission standards, and if the transformation task is not completed on time or the ultra-low emission standards cannot be met after the transformation, it will be resolutely shut down according to law
