    Department of Commerce issued an announcement to conduct anti-dumping administrative review and investigation of China's crystalline silicon photovoltaic products, frozen warm water shrimp, canned mushrooms, small-diameter graphite electrodes, non-enclosed built-in spring components, and application-grade wind towers, of which the investigation period for crystalline silicon photovoltaic products was from July 31, 2014 to January 31, 2016, and the investigation period for the above-mentioned other product cases was from February 1, 2015 to January 31

    Department of Commerce also initiated a countervailing duty administrative review investigation of Chinese crystalline silicon photovoltaic products and application-grade wind towers, the former from June 10, 2014 to December 31, 2015, and the latter from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016

    Department of Commerce will rule
    on this administrative review of all of the above products by February 28, 2017 at the latest.
