It is understood that the voltage level of the ultra-high voltage power transformer mobile detection vehicle of Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute has been raised from 220kV and 500kV in 2009 to the world's highest voltage level of 1000kV successfully developed, during which it has gone through hardships and a long way
