.
In terms of its total installed capacity in operation, under construction and acquired projects, Adani Green Energy is the world's largest developer of large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) with 12.

In terms of projects under construction and acquired, Adani remained in first place with a portfolio size of 10.

The report also adds that a fundamental requirement for rankings is that companies must have projects
in at least two different countries or regions.
Since developers such as NextEra Energy operate in only one country, they are not included in
this ranking.
According to the report, the world's top ten large solar developers account for 33 GW of
operating solar projects.
