On the evening of October 25, Tongde Chemical, a Shanxi A-share listed company, issued a fixed increase plan stating that the company plans to raise funds from no more than 35 specific objects in a non-public offering, and the total amount of funds raised does not exceed 800 million yuan, after deducting the issuance.

According to the data, this additional issuance is the second time that Tongde Chemical has raised funds since its initial listing, and it is also the largest financing.

In the first half of 2021, a cooperation agreement on the production of fully biodegradable plastics was signed with Xinzhou Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone.
