Globally, 228 large-scale projects have been announced , of which 85% are located in Europe, Asia and Australia.

He said : " If all the announced projects achieve results, by 2030 , the total investment will reach more than 300 billion U.

A mature project refers to a project that is in the planning stage, has passed a final investment decision (FID) , is under construction, has been put into production, or is in operation.

The report confirms that from a total cost of ownership (TCO) perspective, by 2030 , hydrogen may become the most competitive low-carbon solution in more than 20 applications, including long-distance trucks, shipping, and steel.

The deployment of hydrogen energy projects through three types of clusters has become more and more popular: industrial centers supporting oil refining, power generation, fertilizer and steel production ; resource-rich national export centers ; and ports for fuel supply, port logistics, and transportation.

According to the report, the reduction of cluster costs will make global hydrogen trade possible, connecting major future demand centers such as Japan, South Korea and the European Union with low-cost hydrogen production regions such as the Middle East, North Africa, South America or Australia.
