Recently, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Voszevsky said that the country will increase the coal reserves in warehouses, which currently have 1.
5 million tons, and Ukraine plans to purchase 1.
5 million tons of coal
from abroad.

Today's price for South African coal is $65/mt, while Russia's is quoted at $85/mt
.
Woszewski said its treasury coal is preferentially imported from South Africa and may also be sourced
from Russia if the Russian offer is reasonable.
Central energy and other power generation companies will be forced to purchase imported coal, which cannot be done
without imports.
