Sinochem News learned from the Ministry of Commerce that the European Commission recently notified the Chinese government that on May 31, 2018, the European Union will conduct chemicals in accordance with REACH regulations (ie "Regulations on Registration, Evaluation, Licensing and Restriction of Chemicals").
