At this exhibition, Jingye Machinery exhibited a fully automatic one-step "injection-pull-blow" machine WISB-88AS, with a six-cavity PET mold, to produce the most common 100ml essence bottle in cosmetic packaging on site, attracting many eyes

This model adopts a three-station structure: the first station injects the preform, the second station stretches and blows the bottle, and the third station takes off the bottle.

The three stations are evenly distributed at 120 degrees

After the tube blank is formed, there is no need for secondary heating and temperature adjustment, and the waste heat of the tube blank is used to directly blow molding! The production process of the product is fully automatic, and the process from raw materials to bottles is completed at one time, eliminating the need for manual transfer and other links in the middle.

It completely eliminates the possibility of tube blanks colliding with each other and ensures the extremely high appearance quality of the product
