In order to help the development of the green ecological coating industry, Wanhua Chemical developed the hydroxy acrylic acid primary dispersion Archsol®8573 and the secondary dispersion Archsol®8563, together with the isocyanate curing agent Aquolin®278/270, to provide the industry with an environmentally friendly matte finish / Recommended solutions for solid color coatings and finish coatings for high-gloss floors

good wear resistance

Refer to JC/T2327-2015 standard substrate: glass plate, film thickness 23±3µm, curing at 25°C for 7d, using CS-17 grinding wheel, load 750g, grinding for 500 rpm, the paint film is intact and no damage is seen

High hardness, excellent impact resistance, flexibility

With high hardness (2H pencil hardness), it has good impact resistance and flexibility

Low solvent content, more green and environmentally friendly

The solvent content of Wanhua Chemical Archsol®8563 is about 1%, which is much lower than the solvent content of conventional secondary dispersions (about 7%~10%).

Wanhua Chemical's Archsol®8573&Archsol®8563 can be used in solid-color paints with low VOC characteristics and excellent performance, and can also be used in various application fields such as epoxy self-leveling, epoxy mortar, epoxy grindstone, and polyurethane floor.
