The team has constructed a high-frequency induction fusion welding system technology platform for waste power station boilers, developed a technology system for preparing high-temperature amorphous composite coatings on the heating surface of the boiler, and formed multiple core materials, processing techniques, and automated large-scale production lines.

According to reports, the abrasion, corrosion, and coking of the boiler's high-temperature heating surface are long-term technical problems, especially the problems of waste incineration, mixed biomass burning, and low-quality coal combustion
