Weifang Polypropylene Project "Model Leads the Way" Promotes Quality Improvement

Recently, the Shandong Weifang 300,000-ton/year high-end polypropylene project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering implemented the "model guide" strategy to improve the quality management level of the project.

It is understood that the 300,000-ton/year high-end polypropylene project in Weifang, Shandong is a key construction project of the Shijian Company in 2021.

Faced with a relatively tight construction period, the project department continued to strengthen the assessment of construction quality "model guide" and included it in the monthly quality evaluation system of various professions, so that the "model guide" strategy has assessment, appraisal, and rewards and punishments.

At present, under the project department’s “model guide” strategy, the construction quality of each specialty of the Weifang high-end polypropylene project is always under control.
