Environmental access aims to standardize the environmental management of construction projects in three industries, including chemical raw materials, and effectively improve the level of green development of the industry.

 

According to the guidelines on environmental access for the chemical API industry, the guidelines stipulate the planning and layout of the Ningxia chemical API and intermediate industry, project site selection, technical equipment level, pollution prevention and control measures, total volume control and clean production, and environmental management, etc.
Basic requirements.

 

Among them, in terms of planning and layout, the site selection for new construction, reconstruction, expansion, and relocation of chemical raw material medicine projects must meet the main function zone planning, land and space planning and the "three lines and one single" ecological environment zoning management and control requirements.

 

In terms of technical equipment level, encourage chemical raw material drug companies to independently develop and innovate, and introduce advanced design concepts, production technologies and management systems at home and abroad; the choice of production technology and equipment should be conducive to promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and conducive to the separation of pollution Reduce fugitive emissions.

 

In addition, each production process unit should vigorously upgrade the equipment level according to 11 requirements, including: advocating the use of continuous production technology and quantitative control technology, increasing product yield, and reducing the amount of pollutants; encouraging the use of advanced transportation equipment and transportation technology.
Liquid VOCs materials should be transported in closed pipelines or closed and dosed in high-level tanks (tanks), barrel pumps and other feeding methods.
