It is understood that in view of the surplus hydrogen in the device, the Yan'an Petrochemical Plant carries out technical transformation of the hydrogen and fuel gas process system inside the hybrid dehydrogenation unit on the basis of overall balance of the plant area and light hydrocarbon fuel gas, that is, a new hydrogen line is added, the reforming surplus hydrogen is led to the outlet of the mixed dehydrogenation analytical gas compressor, and sent to the fuel gas pipeline network for reuse, under the premise of ensuring the purity of the outlet hydrogen of pressure swing adsorption (PSA), the fuel gas production is maximized, the flare emission is reduced, thereby reducing coal consumption
