Recently, the Yan'an Petrochemical Plant concluded the project of "unveiling the leader" with the theme of frequent failures of the coal mill and sealing fan of the light hydrocarbon pulverized coal furnace, which solved the problem
of long-term restrictions on the smooth operation of the device.

Since the commissioning of the light hydrocarbon boiler device of the plant, the frequent failure of the coal mill cannot be operated continuously, and the wind pressure during the switching process of the standby low-pressure sealed fan is lower than the tripping differential pressure interlock value of the coal mill, which cannot play a backup role, which restricts the long-term smooth operation of the coal mill and cannot meet the normal production needs

To this end, in April 2021, the plant established a "unveiling the list" project
for frequent failures of light hydrocarbon pulverized coal furnace coal mills and sealing fans.
The research team implements the "doctor + nurse" management model by regularly holding equipment long-term operation analysis meetings and special care management meetings, and goes to enterprises in the same industry to inspect the use of coal mills to solve the "stubborn diseases"
of equipment operation.
Combined with the actual operation of the extended coal mill, they successively added iron removers to the coal conveying section of the coal mill, thickened the wear-resistant layer of the coal mill, raised the material of the wear-resistant layer of the coal mill, and replaced the loading spring to increase its service life and reduce the frequency of
maintenance.
Through many modifications, the coal mill has achieved the goal of
continuous operation for more than 6 months.
