As Sinopec's first EVA plant with LyondellBasell's autoclave process, after successfully producing qualified EVA products on May 6, 2021, it has achieved a series of remarkable achievements, and the monthly output continues to set new records , The products have been successfully exported to West Asia, and photovoltaic film materials and hot melt adhesives have filled the gap of Sinopec.

The first challenge for EVA plant to realize safe and green parking is emptying and replacement of materials, involving various raw materials, initiators, solvents, lubricating oils, waste oils, etc.

In accordance with the requirements of the overhaul headquarters that "the gas does not rise to the sky and the oil does not fall to the ground", the EVA unit has formulated a detailed return and replacement plan in advance, and made a meticulous division of labor.

In order to ensure the completion of various tasks with high quality and quantity during the first overhaul of the EVA plant, Yangzi Petrochemical has made full preparations, compiled a thorough maintenance plan, detailed it to each professional group, listed a daily work list, and assigned the responsibility to the person.
