On the morning of December 25th, the first batch of new PIA (isophthalic acid) products trial-produced by Yangzi Petrochemical fully met the quality standards after quality inspection and analysis

PIA is mainly used in the production of alkyd resins, unsaturated polyester resins and other high polymers and various polyester plasticizers.
It is also an important raw material for polyester polyols in polyurethane adhesives for packaging and printing ink binders

In order to complete this trial production task, since the unloading of the raw material MX (m-xylene) into the factory in November, the company has made various production preparations in advance.
