China Petrochemical News Network News Yanshan Petrochemical's refining and chemical plant overhaul in 2021 is one of the key projects of 134 technical transformation projects-the ethylene plant de-butane system technical transformation project is progressing smoothly.

It is reported that the two debutanization towers of the ethylene plant of Yanshan Petrochemical Olefin Plant can only be qualified for the top and bottom products at the same time when the device is operating at low load.

For this reason, Yanshan Petrochemical will implement the technical transformation of the debutanization system in this major overhaul.

In this transformation, the debutanizer system must be dismantled first, two debutanizers with greater processing capacity and 4 sets of heat exchangers should be replaced in situ, and a crude gasoline filter must be added.
