On February 28, 2022, the first polypropylene packaging line of Yanshan Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Plant successfully adopted the first batch of 120-micron heavy-film packaging bags.

At present, the thickness of the packaging film used by the world's advanced enterprises is generally controlled between 100 microns and 140 microns

This time, the thickness of the packaging film has been successfully reduced by 20 microns.

It is reported that in the next step, Yanshan Petrochemical will continue to summarize the optimal control parameters of the heavy-film thinning technology, improve the refined operation level of the team, and promote the 120-micron heavy-film packaging bags to other synthetic resin packaging lines as soon as possible
