in Linqu County, Weifang City, Shandong Province.

according to the dividend ratio of 60%.
The project plans to invest in the construction of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power generation and supporting facilities
in 100 provincial poverty-stricken villages in Linqu County, Weifang City.
It is understood that under the BOT model, the local government department will sign a concession agreement with Easter, authorizing it to undertake the investment, financing, construction and maintenance
of the project.
During the concession period stipulated in the final signing agreement, it was allowed to finance the construction of photovoltaic poverty alleviation power generation projects in Linqu (Qú) County, and then through operation, the company recovered its investment and earned a certain profit
