Yunnan small and medium phosphate fertilizer plants call for speeding up legal inspection and customs clearance

It is reported that although the customs legal inspection rules are clear after January 10, 2022, allowing enterprises to apply for legal inspection one after another, since late March, the legal inspection time for chemical fertilizer exports has been delayed again and again, from at least 60 days at the beginning to nearly 5 days later.

Chen Bin, vice president of the Yunnan Chemical Industry Association, said that at present, almost all of the phosphate fertilizers declared for export by small and medium-sized phosphate fertilizer enterprises in Yunnan have a backlog in the first half of the year, but some enterprises have received advance payments from foreign parties.

"Because of poor exports, the factory is now forced to go on holiday, and the company has no orders to produce.

It is also reported that the Yunnan Chemical Industry Association and related enterprises have reported the situation to the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, Kunming Customs, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Commerce and other relevant departments.

In this regard, the small and medium-sized phosphate fertilizer enterprises in Yunnan Province implore the relevant government departments to release the goods that have been legally inspected as soon as possible, and hope that the customs will shorten the time for the legal inspection of fertilizers
