　　In late October 2021, during the welding construction of the third standard in the southern section of the Sino-Russian East Line, due to the thick pipe diameter, during the welding parameter debugging process, there was always a mismatch in the welding thickness of each layer, resulting in frequent occurrence of non-fusion between layers and upper and lower joints.

　　After years of first-line practice, Zhang Liang summed up construction techniques such as "sawtooth pipe layout, assembly line welding" and "small groove high-current rapid welding", and solved the "construction technology of the two 50,000-cubic-meter storage tanks in Moda", etc.
