Previously, some ethylene products of Zhenhai Refinery were sent to surrounding enterprises by storage and transportation of low-temperature tanks.
Ethylene products were stored in the low-temperature tank area after being cryogenically cooled in a cold box, and then heated to room temperature by a vaporizer for delivery, consuming binary refrigerants.
Increase the load on the binary refrigeration compressor

The ethylene line is about 1200 meters long to the meeting point of Ningbo Juhua and SK companies respectively, and the whole process pipeline is 12 kilometers long

After the direct delivery is realized, the load of the binary refrigeration compressor of the ethylene unit will decrease, not only the consumption of high-pressure steam will be significantly reduced, but also the space for increasing the load of the ethylene unit will increase, and the consumption of low-temperature ethylene vaporization steam will be reduced accordingly.
