and Bridgestone Group of Japan signed an agreement to acquire Bridgestone's shock-absorbing rubber business with its own funds

According to reports, Bridgestone will first integrate its shock-absorbing rubber business into a new company, and Zhongding Group will acquire 100% of the new company with its own funds

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2022

Data show that in 2020, the sales revenue of Bridgestone's shock-absorbing rubber business is about 54.
