On April 12, Zhongke Refinery's 200,000 t/a polypropylene unit successfully converted its production from EP440N to a new brand of EP300H.
This is the first trial production of low melt index products for this unit

The device plans to trial production of 4,000 tons of high-impact copolymer polypropylene product EP300H

During the conversion process, the pressure of the impact-resistant copolymerization reactor decreased from 1.
4 MPa to 0.
9 MPa, which caused the system pressure to fluctuate.
If the pressure continued to fluctuate, it would affect the upstream and downstream material balance

Since it was put into operation in September 2020, Zhongke Refinery's 200,000 tons/year polypropylene plant has closely followed the market demand for new products, actively strengthened contacts with chemical sales, Beihua Institute and other units, and promoted production, sales and research cooperation.
So far, 8 projects have been completed.
