Recently, the 200,000 tons/year polypropylene plant of Zhongke Refinery has successively produced high melt index polypropylene products EP548U and EP648U

The product EP548U has the advantages of high fluidity, high impact resistance and balanced mechanical properties, and is mainly used in household utensils, thin-walled containers and food packaging

The melt index of the two new products is nearly 3 times higher than that of the conventionally produced impact copolymer products, and a large number of random substances are easily generated during the production process, which affects the blanking efficiency; Difficulty dicing, risk of enemas or unit downtime,

In order to ensure the success of the trial production, the technical backbone of the device carefully prepared a brand switching plan, formulated emergency treatment measures, and monitored the brand switching throughout the whole process; the team's internal operation controls the hydrogen adjustment speed at all times, pays close attention to the changes in parameters such as the temperature and pressure of the reactor, and monitors each container well.
