Recently, Zhongke Refinery's 100,000-ton/year EVA plant was successfully started at one time, filling the gap in Sinopec's EVA production in South China

The EVA plant of Zhongke Refinery has introduced advanced technology of kettle polymerization process.

In order to ensure the successful start-up of the device, with the support of the headquarters, Zhongke Refinery negotiated with relevant units to undertake the major scientific and technological task of localized manufacturing of ultra-high pressure pipe fittings, and adopted the method of manufacturing by domestic contractors and supervision by foreign technology companies.

Before the start-up, Zhongke Refinery concentrated its efforts on promoting the final rectification of the project construction, stand-alone commissioning, cleaning and purging, and linkage commissioning and other production preparations, and steadily advanced the leak detection and elimination work, and finally got through the whole process smoothly, and a successful start-up was achieved
