Since the shutdown of gas maintenance on July 29, the Refining Department III has carried out maintenance in strict accordance with the concepts of "no accident, no injury", "zero emission, zero pollution", and achieved safe, efficient and punctual driving success

Based on the overall overall planning, the process professional team determines the second-level overall planning for shutdown and start-up, with hours as the unit, refines the three-level coordination for installations and water, electricity, wind, steam, and nitrogen systems, and scientifically adjusts the shutdown and start operations

This set of equipment has carried out a total of 106 deficiencies in terms of equipment maintenance, process technological transformation, energy saving and consumption reduction, safety and environmental protection
