    Specifically, in terms of nickel resource development in Indonesia, Dangsheng Technology intends to participate in the investment in the laterite nickel mine development and utilization project planned and constructed by Zhongwei in Indonesia.


    Regarding investment in the lithium iron phosphate industry, the two parties intend to invest in Guizhou with a total production capacity plan of no less than 300,000 tons/year of iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate and related phosphorus resource development, and phosphorus chemical supporting projects, among which Dangsheng Technology will lead the lithium iron phosphate industry Investment, Zhongwei shares lead the development of phosphorus resources, phosphorus chemical industry, wet-process phosphoric acid, iron phosphate industry investment


    In terms of overseas capacity layout cooperation, the two parties agreed to jointly promote capacity construction in Europe and invest in the construction of a cathode material production base based on Dangsheng Technology, a precursor production base based on Zhongwei and its supporting facilities through mutual equity participation and other methods.


    In terms of product supply and marketing cooperation, Dangsheng Technology will give priority to the purchase of ternary precursors, cobalt tetroxide, lithium-rich manganese-based precursors and other products from Zhongwei.


    In terms of product development, the two parties will cooperate on the technical development and certification of high-nickel NCM precursors for power batteries, high-nickel NCA precursors, cobalt tetroxide, and lithium-rich manganese-based precursors
