14 new confirmed cases on April 9th, all imported from abroad

From 0-24:00 on April 9, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 14 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported cases (4 in Shanghai, 2 in Fujian, 1 in Beijing, and 1 in Shanxi) Cases, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Zhejiang, 1 case in Shandong, 1 case in Hubei, 1 case in Yunnan, 1 case in Shaanxi); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

On the same day, 10 new cases were cured and discharged, and 309 close contacts were released from medical observation.

There are 199 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 2 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on April 9, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 283 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), 85,481 cured and discharged cases, and 4,636 deaths.

31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 11 new asymptomatic infections (all imported from abroad); 3 confirmed cases (all imported from abroad) on the same day; 16 medical observations were lifted on the same day ( All imported from abroad); 285 cases of asymptomatic infection are still under medical observation (260 imported from abroad).

A total of 12,666 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
