On May 12, the website of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission and the State Drug Administration jointly issued a joint announcement on the inclusion of 18 substances including synthetic cannabinoids and fluoramine in the "Non-medicinal Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs" Announcement of the Supplementary Catalogue of Controlled Varieties

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs" and "Measures for the Listing of Non-medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs", the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission and the State Drug Administration have decided to synthesize cannabinoids and fluamines.
