    Recently, the Tianjin Market Supervision and Administration Commission announced the 36th phase of food safety supervision and sampling information, sampling catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, pastries, beverages and edible agricultural products 7 categories of food 369 batches of samples, 2 batches were detected unqualified, all are microbial contamination problems

    , sold by Nanhaiyuan Pure Water Business Department of Jinghai District, Tianjin, was found to be unqualified
    by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
     
    Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a conditionally pathogenic bacterium, widely distributed in a variety of water, air, normal human skin, respiratory tract and intestines, easy to survive in a humid environment, strong resistance to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc.

    Pseudomonas aeruginosa is mainly caused
    by source water contamination or lax hygiene control of the production process.
    The National Food Safety Standard for Packaged Drinking Water (GB 19298-2014) clearly stipulates that Pseudomonas aeruginosa shall not be detected in every 250mL of water sample, and requires each batch of finished products to be tested
    for Pseudomonas aeruginosa before leaving the factory.
     
    The other batch was: the meal bowl provided by the Bao satisfactory bun shop in Nankai District, Tianjin City was found to be unqualified
    coliform.
     
    Coliform bacteria is one of
    the commonly used indicator bacteria for food contamination at home and abroad.
    The detection of coliform bacteria in the meal (drink) indicates that it is more likely
    to be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria (such as salmonella, Shigella, pathogenic Escherichia coli).
    The National Food Safety Standard Disinfection of Dining (Drinking) Utensils (GB 14934-2016) stipulates that coliform
    bacteria shall not be detected in dining (drinking) utensils.
     
    For the unqualified samples found in the sampling inspection, the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Commission has requested the relevant district market supervision administration and law enforcement departments to promptly investigate and deal with the unqualified food and its producers and traders in accordance with the law, further urge enterprises to perform their main responsibility for food safety, effectively take measures such as removal from shelves and recalls to control risks, and record the relevant information in the food safety credit records
    of food producers and traders.
    Relevant investigation and handling are disclosed
