The invention provides a flexible epoxy antiseptic coating, characterized by a total weight score of 100%, consisting of 20 to 69% polyurethane epoxy resin, 20 to 69% rust-proof pigment fillers, 10 to 30% modified curing agents, 0.5 to 3% additives, 0 to 30% diluents. The epoxy coating prepared by epoxy resin and curing agent not only maintains the good adhesion and corrosion resistance of epoxy coating, but also improves the toughness of the coating, especially the toughness of the coating after sea immersion is greatly improved compared to conventional epoxy coating
