After investigation, the pharmacy was once in July 2020 for selling prescription drugs without prescription and violating the provisions of Article 18, paragraph 1 of the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drug Circulation"

Article 53 of the new version of the "Drug Administration Law" stipulates that when engaging in drug business activities, one should abide by the drug business quality management standards, establish a sound drug business quality management system, and ensure that the entire process of drug business continues to meet statutory requirements

At the same time, Article 126 of the law clarifies that if a pharmaceutical business enterprise fails to comply with the pharmaceutical business quality management norms, it shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and be given a warning; if it fails to make corrections within the time limit, a fine of 100,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than 500,000 yuan but not more than 2 million yuan shall be imposed, and the production and business shall be suspended for rectification until the drug business license is revoked
