slag, at a price of 100 yuan per car to the usual people carrying sand and stone shipped out, at will dumped in four places. On September 9th, after the prosecution of the Jin'an District People's Procuratorate of the city of Sixan, the environmental pollution case was heard and pronounced in court, and both the workshop director and the transport driver were convicted of pollution of the environment. In October 2013, in the absence of environmental approval procedures, Six Anjin Science Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. began to paint the magnetic ring in the leased plant. Paint residue produced during the production process is removed from the workshop and placed directly outside the workshop gate. This year, 31-year-old Tian is the head of the production workshop, because of fear that the company's boss found that the company's production workshop waste of raw materials paint too much, then thought of finding someone to pull the paint slag away. On April 23, 2014, Tian called Chen, who had had business contacts, to ask him to help pull the trash. After investigation, Tian paid Chen 100 yuan per car. Knowing that he did not have the ability to dispose of hazardous waste, Chen still drove his agricultural four-wheeler to dump 4.68 tons of hazardous waste to four places, such as the intersection of Ho Chiu Road and Yantao Road in the Six An Development Zone. Environmental testing determined that the dumped solid waste is a hazardous waste with leaching toxic characteristics. On September 9, the Jin'an District People's Court handed down a judgment in court after the first instance: sentencing the defendant Tian to nine months' imprisonment and a fine of 20,000 yuan for the crime of polluting the environment, and sentencing the defendant Chen to six months' imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 yuan.
