    11, a new method for large-scale immersion structure design research
    abstract: Taking the structural design of large-scale immersion groove in automobile coating production line as an example, a new method of dipping groove structure design under the action of liquid static pressure is introduced. And the use of Inventor finite meta-analysis technology is established using traditional method design and new method design of the slot model, analysis and calculation and comparison, the stress and deformation of each part of the situation, pointed out the weak parts of the design and optimization, simulation results show that the design of large groove structure using the new method is more reasonable, its economic performance is more superior.

    12, construction of IMPP coating of submarine pipeline nodes
    Summary: IMPP (injected formed polypropylene) coating is a new type of sea pipe node coating, which is resistant to high temperature, wear, corrosion resistance, high degree of construction automation, construction quality easy to control . This coating solves the problem of high temperature sea tube node corrosion prevention, widely used in the Middle East and other places, but there is no domestic application precedent. This paper introduces the relevant experience in the construction of a foreign sea pipe project. The construction of IMPP coating includes surface treatment, FBE (epoxy powder) spraying, CMPP (chemically modified polypropylene) spraying and PP (polypropylene) injection, and the main equipment used is circulating abrasive blasting equipment, medium frequency heating equipment, fluidized bed, powder spray gun, radiation heating equipment, PP injection equipment, etc.

    13, application of chlorinated rubber in multi-band stealth coatingAbstract: From the molecular structure and physical and chemical properties of chlorinated rubber, the application feasibility of chlorinated rubber in infrared stealth coating, radar stealth coating and visible light stealth coating is discussed, and the application advantages of chlorinated rubber in multi-band stealth coating composite structure are discussed. The anti-corrosion properties of chlorinated rubber resin in stealth coating, the molecular modified method of chlorinated rubber to meet the needs of stealth, and the performance advantages of chlorinated rubber compared with other adhesive resins are further discussed, and the application trend of chlorinated rubber in multi-band stealth coating is looked forward. The results show that chlorinated rubber is outstanding in application in multi-band stealth, corrosion resistance of the film, easy construction performance, compound compatibility with stealth pigment fillers and molecular change.
