Air Liquide of France (Air Liquide) said on January 25 that it has signed a new long-term cooperation agreement with Kumho Mitsui (KMCI) Chemical Company of South Korea
.
Air Liquide will increase its supply of hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the Lishui Industrial Park
.
According to the new agreement, Air Liquide Group will invest 100 million euros to build a new hydrogen production plant
.
The new steam methane device SMR is designed and produced by Air Liquefaction Company, and is owned by it and has the right to operate
.
The device will increase the Lishui plant’s hydrogen and carbon monoxide production capacity by approximately 50% and will be integrated with Air Liquide’s existing hydrogen and carbon monoxide supply system
.
It is expected to start production in 2020
