    Analgesic techniques that preserve the function of the phrenic nerve in shoulder surgery are more feasible.


    We conducted a randomized controlled trial comparing intra-articular infiltration, intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block and general analgesia (control group).


    Compared with general anesthesia analgesia, intra-articular infiltration can better control pain, reduce opioid consumption, and improve patient satisfaction, but the analgesic effect may be inferior to intermuscular brachial plexus block.
