Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling , and selected catering food , egg products , condiments , canned food , alcohol , frozen drinks , grain processed products, meat products , dairy products , edible agricultural products , edible oil , oil and other products.
719 batches of samples of 15 categories of food, including food products, vegetable products, fruit products , quick-frozen food and beverages , etc.
, were found to be unqualified in 23 batches of 4 categories of food such as catering food, condiments, frozen drinks and edible agricultural products
.
The unqualified items involved aflatoxin B1, nitrile oxazole, lead (calculated as Pb), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid), protein, sodium glutamate, acid value (calculated as fat), total acid (calculated by acetic acid), anionic synthetic detergent (calculated by sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate),
etc.

For unqualified foods found in random inspections, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision departments to immediately organize inspections and disposals, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; for violations of laws and regulations, Deal with it in a timely manner in accordance with the law; at the same time, the risk prevention and control measures taken and the verification and disposal situation will be disclosed to the public, and reported to the provincial bureau
