The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

The trial period is from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2021

The scope of the pilot program is the import and export permits for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances issued on December 31, 2020

During the pilot period, the electronic permit for the import and export of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is issued simultaneously with the paper version, which has the same legal effect

4.
After registering and real-name authentication in the online service hall of the State Food and Drug Administration, the enterprise must enter the "My License" column to view and download the electronic permit for the import and export of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances
