    Recently, in the 2021 food safety supervision and sampling work organized by the whole region , 651 batches of samples in 14 categories including condiments , edible agricultural products , condiments, beverages , edible oil , oils and fats and their products, and processed food products were sampled.

    According to the inspection and judgment of national food safety standards , 643 batches of qualified samples and 8 batches of unqualified samples were sampled for inspection items (see Annex 2 for details)

    The details of the supervision and sampling inspection are now announced as follows:

    Sampling inspections involved 346 batches of edible agricultural products, 344 batches of qualified and 2 batches of unqualified; 114 batches of catering food , 108 batches of qualified and 6 batches of unqualified; 42 batches of condiments; 26 batches of beverages; edible oil, 26 batches of fats and oils and its products; 24 batches of processed food products; 2 batches of tea and related products; 23 batches of meat products; 21 batches of wine; 8 batches of vegetable products; 7 batches of dairy products; 7 batches of bee products Batch; 4 batches of pastry; 1 batch of starch and starch products

    Second, the situation of substandard products

    The Shengnongyuan soil eggs produced by the Shengnong Livestock and Poultry Farmers Professional Cooperative in Lhasa sold in the Garxinkelong Supermarket have a detection value of 6.

      In response to the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned random inspections, our bureau has, in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China , urged the territorial market supervision department to conduct inspections and disposals in a timely manner, take effective measures to control food safety risks, and urge enterprises to find causes and eliminate hidden dangers
